Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Enrollment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve and exceed enrollment targets for assigned regions.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other key influencers in the education sector. This will involve conducting regular school visits, presentations, and workshops to promote our institution's programs.

In addition, you will organize and conduct enrollment drives, open houses, and other promotional events. You will also counsel prospective students and their parents on academic programs, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.

Team Management (If Applicable):

As an Enrollment Coordinator, you may lead and mentor a team of enrollment counselors, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback. You will monitor team performance and ensure individual and team targets are met.

Data Management & Reporting:

You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and overall enrollment performance. Prepare regular reports on enrollment progress and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have 2-5 years of proven success in sales and marketing within the education sector, with a strong focus on student enrollment.

Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other key stakeholders is essential. Proven experience in planning and executing successful ATL & BTL marketing campaigns is also required.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are necessary. Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable) are also important. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a must.
