Lead Overseas MBBS Counselling and Admissions

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for international education? Do you have experience in leading teams to achieve outstanding results? We are looking for a skilled Admissions Manager to lead our overseas MBBS counselling and admissions team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in team handling and operations management, as well as in-depth knowledge of international medical education systems. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions cycle, from student counselling to university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.

In this role, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and address escalations from students and parents promptly. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors and admissions executives to achieve departmental targets
  • Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities to ensure compliance with admission requirements and timelines
  • Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services
  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management
  • In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements
