Job Title: Conversion Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assume responsibility for guiding students through the admissions process for Russell Group universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage offer holders specifically for Russell Group universities.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.
  • Ensure high-quality counselling and personalised guidance throughout the application journey.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
