About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Admissions Counselor
to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about programs, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment. The Admissions Counselor will serve as the first point of contact and play a critical role in building trust with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements.
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist students in completing admission forms, applications, and documentation.
  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and presentations to promote programs.
  • Follow up with prospective students and maintain a database of leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission operations.
  • Achieve set admission and enrollment targets within specified timelines.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, events, and outreach programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student support preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
