Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Student Counselor to guide prospective students and working professionals in selecting the right IT courses based on their interests and career aspirations. The counselor will be responsible for managing the entire admission lifecycle—from initial inquiry and counseling to course selection and fee payment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in and online inquiries, understand their educational background, and assess their interests.

Provide detailed information about various IT courses (e.g., programming, cloud, cybersecurity, data science, AR, VR ) offered by the institute.

Counsel and guide students toward appropriate training programs based on aptitude, interest, and career goals.

Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to nurture interest and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions, course selections, and conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, faculty, administration) for the smooth onboarding of students.

Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and fee payment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
