Job Opportunity: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead

  • This is a key role for an experienced individual with 8-10 years of domain knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) covering the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Benefits.
  • They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player qualities, problem-solving abilities, influencing and negotiating skills, and organizational awareness and sensitivity.
  • In addition, they should have good leadership capabilities, planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to the project manager.
  • Furthermore, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert working experience in OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Benefits modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM Cloud business process and data flow.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems through collaboration and negotiation.
  • Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Leadership of Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
  • Providing expertise in configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM.
  • Strong background in implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal drive, flexibility, team player qualities, problem-solving abilities, influencing and negotiating skills, and organizational awareness and sensitivity.
  • Good leadership capabilities, planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to the project manager.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems.
