Cloud HCM Technical Expert

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a technical expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of at least two HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver cloud HCM solutions.
- Provide technical support for production projects, including deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure seamless integration with clients' existing systems.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Develop and implement efficient solutions to complex technical problems.
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a technical lead.
- Strong end-to-end experience in at least 2 HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
