Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions.

A minimum of 7 years of work experience in functional areas, specifically in Absence, Time Labor, and other modules is required.

Proficiency in Absence and Time Labor modules, as well as good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas is essential.

This role involves working with clients to identify gaps, propose potential workarounds, estimate work for vanilla implementations, personalizations, reports, integrations, and enhancements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing client presentations, demos, proposal creation, responses to RFPs, and status reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.

The following skills and qualifications are necessary for this position:

  • Expert-level support in the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Implementation and management of Absence and Time Labor modules, including Fast Formulas
  • Estimation of work for vanilla implementations, personalizations, reports, integrations, and enhancements
  • GAP identification and workaround proposal
  • Client presentation and demo
  • Proposal development and response to RFPs

Beyond technical expertise, excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are also required for this role. Ability to conduct training sessions, exhibit effective analytical and organizational skills, and command over spoken and written English are also essential.
