Job Title

Effective HCM Implementation Specialist sought to drive successful Oracle Fusion HCM project delivery by leveraging extensive product and implementation expertise. This role involves end-to-end implementation of various Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive HCM solutions through strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design skills.
  • Create functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions to meet client requirements.
  • Perform rigorous system testing, encompassing unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly desirable.
