We seek a seasoned professional to drive the development of innovative web and mobile applications using VBCS, integrated seamlessly with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge UIs utilizing reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications efficiently using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems, enhancing interconnectivity.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access, and workflow approvals in HCM, maintaining a secure environment.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders, streamlining data management.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong expertise in developing/supporting HCM Extracts, delivering high-quality results.
  • Hands-on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports and OTBI, driving business intelligence.
  • Good understanding of HCM Data Loader and HSDL, ensuring efficient data processing.
  • Proven track record in implementing User-defined Tables and lookups, Value sets, and other advanced features.
