Oracle HCM Implementation Lead

We seek an experienced professional to oversee the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation process for all modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management, knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems, high proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools, strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle, familiarity with Gen AI tools, and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
