Senior Oracle HCM Functional Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Oracle HCM Functional Specialist to join our organization.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation, updating, and customization projects globally.
  • Drive digital adoption across the organization by managing a team of consultants and collaborating with stakeholders, technology teams, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Oversee Oracle HCM implementations, updates, and customizations for all modules.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementations and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  3. System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  4. Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training, and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  5. Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • 12 to 15+ years of experience with implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
