Oracle HCM Technical Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM technical specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • Leverage expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM technical modules, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
