About the Ideal Candidate:

  • ">
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in climate, energy transition, finance, and business development.">
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong connections within the Indian power and/or finance community.">
  • A deep understanding of India's electricity, capital, and financial markets.">
  • Proven track record in deal closure, particularly in debt and/or equity financing in India, including project finance, private debt, loan syndication, and structured finance.">
  • Prior experience in country team management or a supervisory role is preferred.">
  • Highly professional and reliable in their approach">
  • Proficiency in financial modeling is required.">
  • Strong team player mentality with the ability to manage both teams and large transactions.">
  • Proven success in client management.">
