Our team consists of over 2200 employees, including more than 600 engineers. What You'll Be Doing:

">
  • Provide on-site technical support for PCS/BESS products, ensuring their smooth operation.">
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and guiding customers to handle simple faults by themselves.">
  • Manage PCS/BESS on-site spare parts, tracking and managing them under your name to ensure normal operation of the unit.">
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication with on-site customers, organizing and feeding back customer opinions.">
  • Learn and understand the working principle of our PCS/BESS products, familiarize yourself with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide simple training to on-site customers.">
  • Adhere to departmental rules and report work on time.">

  • A working proficiency in English.">
  • A self-motivated mindset, able to plan in ambiguous situations and biased towards action.">
  • Working experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in PCS and BESS.">
  • Based in North India, preferably.">
