About the Role:

  • Deliver seamless ERP transitions by designing and implementing JD Edwards processes for company separation, including account inactivation, code closure, and data extraction strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define divestiture scope, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Prominent Finance Module Expertise:
  • Configure and support modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Manage intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting needs effectively.

Data Migration & Integration:

  • Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
  • Earn a reputation for seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions.
    • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement SOX-compliant security measures using tools like All Out.
    • Analyze and review SOD, sensitive access, and firefighting ID reports.

Documentation & Training:

  • Create comprehensive process documents, runbooks, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training and develop self-help documentation to minimize support tickets.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP, specifically in finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven track record in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Deep understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
