ERP Implementation Specialist

Our organization is transitioning to a new Zoho One solution, built within Zoho Books, Inventory, Creator, and related applications.

We are seeking an experienced Zoho specialist to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

The specialist will collaborate with our team to configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking, and customer management.

Key responsibilities include migrating customer, product, and transaction data, developing custom modules and automations, integrating Zoho with third-party tools, testing, training, and supporting team members.

A strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking is necessary. The specialist should have excellent communication and training skills, as collaborating live with our team over Zoom will be necessary to ensure real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Zoho One implementation, especially in Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Expertise in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
