Business Operations Specialist - Risk Management and Compliance
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management, and compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement control testing strategies as part of our Control Monitoring Program
- Review data integrity concepts and evaluate the completeness and accuracy of data across various systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices
- Document accurate, logical, and detailed workpapers
- Develops and understands our SOXHub Tool (AuditBoard)
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of business operations, risk management, and compliance principles. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management, relevant experience in Risk & Compliance or Internal Control roles, and certifications such as CPA or CIA.
