Job Opportunity for a Business Development Manager
Role and Responsibilities:- Establish and lead the business development vertical to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Knowledge of COCO, COFO, FOCO, FOFO business models and ability to adapt to changing market trends.
- Understand competition business models and franchisee policies to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop a strong network of franchisees with experience in opening at least 100 stores to leverage their expertise and knowledge.
- Adapt to franchise sourcing through direct visits, digital ads, etc. to reach a wider audience.
- Build relationships with brokers and market intermediaries to source properties that meet our business needs.
- Manage teams (previous experience handling 1-2 team members) to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Thoroughly understand profit and loss statements to make informed business decisions.
- Create annual business plans for business development to drive strategic growth and expansion.
- Familiarity with Southern Markets and ability to adapt to different geographic regions.
- Ensure new store openings are profitable by analyzing market trends and customer demand.
