Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives across the region, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and employees to gather relevant data, assisting in recommending policy or process updates to support regional business objectives.
Talent Sourcing & Development
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts for the South region, partnering with stakeholders to identify top talent and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Continuously improve and automate key processes as needed.
  • Develop people analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making.
Performance Management System
  • Oversee timely employee confirmation processes, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies.
  • Facilitate goal-setting aligned with regional business plans and ensure timely closure.
  • Drive performance appraisals across the region according to company guidelines.
Talent Engagement & Retention Strategies
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers to identify early signs of critical talent attrition and take proactive retention measures, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Administer the Employee Engagement Survey, support result analysis, extract insights, and help develop action plans to address key areas.
  • Monitor engagement initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.
Learning & Development Opportunities
  • Ensure smooth and timely onboarding processes as per established procedures.
  • Support identifying learning needs across functions and employees, aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to implement regional learning plans.
HR Policy Implementation & Reporting
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies within the region.
  • Prepare and submit regular MIS reports to Business Heads and Senior Leadership as required.
Effective Resource Allocation
  • Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of HR resources and track budget allocation.
