About this Key Role

This is a crucial function within the daily processing and supervision of workflow for various products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head in smooth operation, supervising team development, and providing training where required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out duties as Maker/Checker diligently.
  • Understand bank processes/policies and adhere to necessary standards.
  • Work closely with overseas branches to process transactions accurately and on time.
  • Learn system functions and maintain controls.
  • Support overseas branches to resolve operational incidents/reporting.
  • Provide suggestions to improve/streamline operational processes.
Customer Focus:
  • Develop strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders.
  • Support and resolve customer enquiries, providing excellent service.
  • Collaborate with Compliance to understand relevant guidelines and assess impact on operations.
People Development:
  • Guide and support junior team members.
  • Assist in training and development of individuals to ensure high job knowledge.
