Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

Cash management is a critical function in any organization, responsible for managing cash requirements, reporting, and reviewing cash balances and transactions to ensure timely updates for the investment team and cash desks.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years of experience in cash management, with a strong understanding of cash reconciliations processes (custody vs local systems) and international investment banking operations.
  • Additionally, they should possess a valid experience in trade life cycle and investment banking operations concepts, as well as excellent communication skills and MS Office skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or math-related field
  • Immediate joiners to 15 days notice period

  • All original education documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation)
  • Mobile charger and ear/headphones for in-person assessments and evaluations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash requirements, reporting, and reviewing cash balances and transactions.
  • Perform cash reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of FX related concepts and their usage.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to ensure timely updates.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
