Job Title: Assistant Manager Treasury
- A key member of the Treasury Operations team, responsible for managing and optimizing short-term liquidity.
- Accurate and timely cash management and global financial operations support are critical to this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Cash management tasks such as monitoring balances, bank reporting, and maintaining dashboards.
- Detailed cash flow forecasts and variance analysis between projected and actual statements.
- Banking relationships and overall liquidity management.
- Debt schedule oversight, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
- Reconciliation and recording activities with global counterparts and banks.
- Bank reconciliations and account record maintenance.
- Collaboration with Finance and Operations teams for data gathering and banking transactions approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in treasury or cash management.
- Financial and cash management principles proficiency.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Sensitive information handling and SOX compliance.
- Process improvement focus, SOPs definition, and efficiency increase.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Team player with effective communication and coordination.
