Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of order-to-cash processes, from contract setup to invoicing and payment processing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, forecasting, ERP, and resourcing, to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the O2C process.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving business growth through process improvements.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3-4+ years of experience in at least one of the process areas Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/Order Management/AR.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS office suite (MS Excel, MS outlook etc), ability to use systems effectively for Projects/Time/Resource management and other functions.
  • Functional Skills: Strong process/business knowledge and experience with E2E of Order-to-Cash processes, conducting UAT and securing Sign Offs for new requirements under supervision of Technical team/Lead.
  • Management Skills: Self-managed individual who can effectively organize and manage activities, drive attention to detail, ensure quality of deliverables and optimize results.
