Job Overview:

The Cash Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in optimizing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a similar position and a strong background in accounting, business, management, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Flow Management: Develop cash targets to support efficient liquidity management, oversee electronic cash receipt and disbursement processing, and manage daily cash positioning activities.
  • Treasury Operations: Oversee banking relationships, account structures, and payment processing, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial statement analysis, develop strategies for investment, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Drive automation and technology integration to streamline treasury processes, leveraging tools such as ERP systems, TMS, and data visualization platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or management preferred.
  • Relevant certifications include B Com, MBA, CA, and other relevant qualifications.
