Job Description:

A skilled Treasury Specialist is required to handle cash management responsibilities, including margin calls, collateral management, and interest calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile cash and positions across multiple products and platforms.
  • Execute internal transfers and monitor settlements for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage payment processing and SWIFT transactions while ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting KYC documentation, assisting in FX transactions, and identifying process improvements within the cash management function.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.
  • Strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of financial products, including derivatives (futures, forwards, options, swaps), FX, and related instruments.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes.
  • Exposure to KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools; familiarity with treasury/settlement systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
