Job Title: Finance Treasury Manager

Overview: As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's cash flows, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely funding. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and implementing effective treasury strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with business units to consolidate cash flow forecasts and prepare daily cash flow projections.
  • Analyze variances between projected and actual cash flows, identifying drivers behind discrepancies.
  • Manage foreign exchange exposure, ensuring compliance with group policy.
  • Monitor and ensure timely funding, identifying sources of funds and optimizing debt/equity mix.
  • Issue domestic and import letters of credit, bank guarantees, and coordinate with banks for issuance.
  • Ensure banking compliances are met on time, including reporting, KYC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform timely bank reconciliations and resolve queries related to cash flow, collections, payments, and other treasury functions.
  • Drive supply chain financing and channel financing initiatives.
  • Prepare management information reports (MIS) and support various treasury projects.

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SAP and Murex systems (an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret financial data.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
