Land & Investment Analyst - Cash Flow & Decks Responsibilities:

- Build and update cash flow models for land transactions and JV deals, including IRR and ROI analysis.

- Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and internal committee notes.

- Support the structuring of JV or outright proposals, ensuring financial soundness.

- Work closely with legal and technical teams to ensure cohesive and accurate proposals.

- Maintain a library of templates for financial modeling, presentations, and investment Candidate:

- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and real estate investment analysis.

- Ability to prepare clear, concise, and compelling financial presentations.

- Understanding of the full lifecycle of real estate transactionsfrom analysis to deal closure.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
