Client Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Client Solutions team as a Client Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will provide strategic support to the wider Client Solutions & Partnership team, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Product Management & Strategy and Global Network Management stakeholders.

  • This position involves providing analytical and coordination support to various projects, sub-projects, or ad-hoc requests within the ICM franchise, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • You will also be responsible for managing RfP execution processes, including submission of RfPs and ad-hoc requests independently, with a good understanding of Institutional Cash client/prospects.

Your skills and experience

  • You should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and have the ability to learn new technology applications as needed.
  • A background in the financial services and payments industry, particularly with Financial Institutions, is highly valued.
  • Critical problem-solving skills, tactical thinking, and effective time management are essential.
  • Organized, able to work under pressure, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail, with strong communication skills to converse clearly with the wider Institutional Cash Management franchise and other stakeholders.
