Job Title: Cash Management Specialist

As a key member of our cash management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth collection of cash from large commercial accounts with outstanding invoices. Your expertise in negotiation and communication will be crucial in building trust and confidence with customers while resolving billing disputes and queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with customers to collect payments on unpaid invoices
  • Develop effective relationships with customers through proactive communication and advocacy
  • Meet key performance targets and operational objectives by adhering to departmental policies and processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and queries
  • Manage cash reconciliations, research unallocated payments, and oversee the breach of contract and disconnection process when payments cannot be collected

You will be responsible for performing thorough financial analysis, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance cash flow. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to set and manage multiple priorities while driving performance and ensuring results delivery.

Requirements:
  • Highly motivated individual with exceptional task management skills
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably working with large international clients
  • Demonstrated success in managing accounts receivable and resolving billing issues
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in cash management or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
