Job Opportunity: Vertical Transportation Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the Indian vertical transportation market, with expertise in promoting local VT profiles, generating sales, and delivering services according to management guidelines.

  • Familiarize yourself with the customer, competitor, authority, and regulation VT landscape in India.
  • Provide valuable insights for updating and refining VT strategies for India.
  • Develop a business development strategy to implement growth plans and meet agreed sales targets.
  • Promote the company as a leading VT authority in India through effective marketing channels.
  • Identify sales leads through networking, proactive industry observation, and research.
  • Manage customer relationships, understand their needs and constraints.
  • Scale the business by extending the customer base and retaining existing customers.
  • Prepare sales presentations and materials in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • C-coordinate with global VT experts for joint customer presentations and visits.
  • Collaborate with other subsidiaries to achieve common goals.
  • Monitor upcoming events like trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations in accordance with QMS standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for profit and loss related to VT activities in India.
  • Submit regular progress reports.
  • Plan and manage resources effectively.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead VT experts.
  • Authorize internal personnel according to QMS standards.

Desired Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of lift technology and industry.
  • Familiarity with inspections and certifications of VT; further training will be provided upon joining.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor Engineering degree (electrical, mechanical).
  • Master degree would be beneficial, particularly a business-oriented one (MBA).
