Transportation Team Lead Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Maintain and publish routine reports on stores' current performance and business with Amazon.
  • Team Management: Build and manage a multi-layer team, focusing on performance improvement through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in e-commerce logistics or sales.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and good leadership qualities.
