At Atlas Copco, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead our Employee Benefits and Services function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of employee benefits and services, including provident fund, superannuation, gratuity, insurance, and medical facilities.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our HR team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with various stakeholders to provide expert advice and support on employee benefits and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the administration of provident fund, superannuation, and gratuity benefits for employees;
  • Coordinate with third-party providers to generate UAN numbers for new employees and facilitate Know Your Customer (KYC) processes;
  • Monitor and track Provident Fund settlements and manage queries related to Provident Fund and superannuation;
  • Prepare accurate performance reports and ensure regulatory compliance;
  • Coordinate with Life Insurance Corporation for gratuity-related claims and manage gratuity provisions;
  • Review and renew group insurance policies, including Group Mediclaim Coverage, Group Personal Accident, Group Term Life, Travel Policy, and Employee Compensation;
  • Analyze and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of security and canteen operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement;
  • Coordinate with transport providers for company transport facility and manage requirements for canteen, security, and medical facilities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR and administrative environment, preferably in Shared Services, Customer Support, and Admin;
  • Minimum education - MBA in HR, Graduate in Commerce and Management;
  • Strong passion for driving things forward and achieving goals;
  • Friendly, open communication style and customer focus is essential;
  • Ability to manage oneself and have an open mindset and curiosity.
