Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our clients team at a leading facility management company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the employee life cycle from seamless onboarding to ensuring payroll compliance, attendance, and performance management processes are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and exit processes. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, integrating them effectively into the organization. Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement and resolving payroll queries. Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws) and ensure compliance with all government regulations. Oversee the attendance management system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Lead the performance management process, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and development plans. Collaborate with department heads and key business managers at the Head Office to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth HR operations. Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance improvement. Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and retain top talent. Work on HR analytics, monitoring key HR metrics to drive strategic decisions. Manage a small HR team, providing mentorship and support to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, specifically in manpower-driven industries like facility management, construction, or security services. Proven experience managing the employee life cycle, including payroll compliance and performance management. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior management. Prior experience leading and developing small teams. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in India. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a multilocation facility management setup. Familiarity with employee engagement programs and retention strategies. Compensation: Budgeted 16 LPA
