Job Title: Lead HR Business Partner

About the Role:

Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services from ideation to implementation. The Role:

As the Lead HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of Fulcrum. You will partner with senior leadership, department heads, and managers to provide comprehensive HR guidance, support, and solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required
