Job Description:
A successful Business Sales Manager drives growth by sourcing new Enterprise clients, identifying opportunities within the enterprise segment, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions, customize solutions to meet unique client needs, and ensure favorable contract negotiations.
Responsibilities:
- Source new Enterprise merchants for Fiserv-driven growth initiatives.
- Grow the wallet share for existing portfolio assignments.
- Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners.
- Liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing.
- Handle Portfolios and serve queries of customers.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in payments, e-commerce, fintech, and technology-enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment.
- Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
