We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth in rural markets and lead our tractor finance business across India.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy for tractor loans, leveraging partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve optimal results.
  • Drive disbursements through various channels, including dealership networks, OEM partners, and other value-added distributors.
  • Lead and mentor zonal, regional, and area sales managers to achieve desired outcomes, fostering a culture of excellence and high-performing teams.
  • Expand geographic reach by onboard new distribution partners and strategic alliances, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Partner with tractor OEMs, dealers, and industry influencers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Maintain portfolio quality through strong compliance and risk management practices, minimizing non-performing assets.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 12-18 years of experience in tractor finance or rural lending, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong network of relationships with OEMs, dealers, and other industry stakeholders, built over at least 3-5 years in a national-level sales leadership role.
  • The ability to lead large, dispersed teams and drive results through effective communication, coaching, and performance management.
  • A deep understanding of rural/agri-finance market dynamics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
