Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at WCube. This is a full-time hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working partly from the office in Ahmedabad and partly remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager, including RFQs generated, purchase orders secured, and revenue targets.
  • Focusing on upselling and cross-selling WCube's product categories, such as housekeeping consumables, pantry, and safety supplies.

Client Acquisition and Lead Generation

  • Conduct on-site visits to pitch WCube's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to convert leads into active clients.

Field and Remote Sales Activities

  • Spend significant time in the field meeting clients and understanding their needs, while also managing virtual follow-ups from home.
  • Schedule and conduct 10-15 client meetings weekly, focusing on converting RFQs into purchase orders.
  • Regularly visit high-potential clients in industrial hubs and commercial areas.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Regularly check in with existing clients to identify additional business opportunities.

Market Research and Insights

  • Gather feedback from clients on products, pricing, and services, and share valuable insights with the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the Ahmedabad region and suggest strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

Flexibility and Office Coordination

  • Work from home for administrative tasks, follow-ups, and virtual meetings.
  • Attend office occasionally for team meetings, training sessions, or strategy discussions as required by the Sales Manager.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
