About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modernisation Sales professional to join our team at Schindler Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of modernisation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for modernisation
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of modernisation services
  • Managing and analysing sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the building materials or heavy equipment industry
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex ideas to customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
