Modernisation Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modernisation Sales professional to join our team at Schindler Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of modernisation services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities for modernisation
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Providing technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of modernisation services
- Managing and analysing sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the building materials or heavy equipment industry
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex ideas to customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
