Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible accounting professional to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting functions.
The role will involve collaborating with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and accurate financial execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP/SAP/Oracle systems
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules
- Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies
- Prepare data for tax computation and filing
- Monitor compliance timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor of Commerce/Master of Commerce or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant
- Freshers/2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
- Good understanding of accounting principles, Goods and Services Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
