Job Title: Financial Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial director to lead our finance and advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing complex financial reports, managing tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze comprehensive financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and strategic dashboards.
  • Create sophisticated financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support business decisions and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and tax deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
