Job Title:

  • Finance Director

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our corporate finance function, define financial targets and set up budgetary controls.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in finance controllership/tax function, a Chartered Accountant certification and strong excel modeling skills.
  • They should be familiar with US GAAP/ IFRS based financial standards, especially service revenue recognition.
  • Familiarity with Treasury, payment gateway and Banking relationships, Financial Models, AOP and complex business scenarios is also required.
  • Responsibilities:
  • External and internal reporting of financial information including month end close process and annual audits.
  • Manage Treasury, payment gateway and Banking relationships.
  • Expertise in Financial Models, AOP and ability to model complex business scenarios.
  • Understanding of unit level metrics and familiarity with US and India taxes.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant certification is required.
  • Strong excel modeling skills are must.
  • Hands-on expertise on ERP Systems and technical accounting standards i.e. GAAP/ IFRS etc.
  • Maturity to influence key stakeholders and work under pressure while ensuring quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to express complex ideas in a concise manner.
