Senior Financial Director

Lead the financial operations of a unit to ensure seamless execution and adherence to statutory requirements.

  • Manage finance functions, implement internal controls, and monitor fund usage effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, meeting unit objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, detailing performance against annual targets and significant matters.
  • Monitor management reporting, including profitability, revenues, and pricing strategies.
  • Incorporate budgeting and forecasting models, cash flow analysis, and working capital management.
  • Minimize risks proactively, review issues regularly, and address concerns with senior management.
  • Handle audit queries, collaborate with compliance teams, and ensure accurate taxation policies.
  • Negotiate with key vendors, contribute to commercial areas, and develop strategic relationships.
  • Motivate the finance team to achieve agreed-upon targets for company performance.
  • Foster effective collaboration between finance and business areas, ensuring integrated resource utilization.
  • Represent the organization externally, maintaining a positive reputation and capability perception.

Requirements:

  • CA/CMA >12 years of experience in healthcare domain.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi language skills.
  • Excellent communication, observational, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Teamwork, people skills, initiative-taking, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and maintain resilience.
