Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead and manage our end-to-end accounting function. The ideal candidate will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, prepare and review financial statements, and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the accounting team and oversee all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and other related functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances.
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls, accounting policies, and processes to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic decision-making and provide financial insights that inform business strategy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
