We are seeking a seasoned Construction Cost Manager to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with 5+ years of experience in managing costs for high-end construction projects.

Job Description

Civil Quantity Surveyor manages the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and budgets are met.

This role involves working closely with project stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities
  • Study project scope and design requirements to identify potential cost savings opportunities
  • Validate technical specifications and BOQs to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Optimize specifications without compromising client requirements
  • Present budget options to management for approval
  • Check RA bills and final bills for accuracy
  • Prepare amendments and submit them for review
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for budget optimization
  • Explore new products and propose them for consideration
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
