Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing capital cost estimates by analyzing project requirements and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project specifications and market conditions.
  • Develop pricing strategies to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Draft contract packages, including amendments to standard forms, to protect the company's interests.
  • Establish tender evaluation criteria to ensure fairness and transparency in the selection process.
  • Compile and submit regular cost reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (QS) certification under a recognized organization such as RICS or SCSI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work rapidly and accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT literacy.
