Job Title : Project Cost Controller

Project Requirements :

  • CWA/CMA with 8 years of experience in EPC Industry must.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Financial Planning and Management
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on project costs for large-scale EPC projects.
  • Track costs across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Prepare detailed variance reports.
  • Validate Petty Cash and Non-PO Based Expense of Projects.
ResponsibilitiesProgress Monitoring and Reporting
  • Collaborate with project teams to track progress.
  • Provide insights and reports on cost performance.
Contract and Cost Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Validate costs in line with the contract terms.
  • Conduct audits to ensure accurate cost allocation.
Inventory and Procurement Cost Management
  • Work with procurement to control material and service costs.
  • Implement strategies to minimize waste and cost.
Risk Management and Cost Optimization
  • Identify potential risks related to project costs.
  • Recommend strategies for cost reduction.
Fixed Assets Management at Project Site
  • Track and monitor fixed assets at the project site.
  • Oversee asset capitalization and depreciation calculations.
  • Conduct periodic asset audits.
Financial Reporting and Forecasting
  • Prepare regular financial and cost reports.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Required Skills :

  • Familiarity with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
  • Knowledge of EPC project lifecycle.
  • Technical proficiency in project management and accounting software.
  • Analytical skills in cost analysis and budgeting.
  • Effective communication skills.
