Project Director - Pre-Construction Initiatives

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved parameters.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases and collaborate with stakeholders to address any concerns.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate collaboration and coordination.
  • Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries to optimize value and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning with a strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships.
