Job Title: Project Coordinator

Simpliwork seeks an experienced professional to lead projects in the NCR region. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and ensuring successful delivery.

  • Travel to Kolkata while maintaining your base in NCR.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on projects.
  • Have knowledge of MEP and local authority approvals processes.
  • Review project drawings and BOQs, taking ownership of the same.
  • Plan project milestones, procurement plans, and present them to the business team.
  • Maintain attention to detail and adhere to quality installation at each construction stage.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover to clients.
  • Bring logical thinking and value engineering to cost-saving mechanisms throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Assist other teams as needed for successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document minutes and communicate risks with mitigation plans if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management is required.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects accurately.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 02-04 years of experience in workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from D&B or coworking space background.
  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree required.
  • Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
  • Specialized in MEP.
