Junior Network Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Network Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a solid understanding of network implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing network implementation, upgrade, and migration projects, ensuring adherence to ITIL and Change Management processes.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies using standard PM tools like MS Project or Jira.
  • Support cut-over activities during switch/router replacements, upgrades, or data center migrations, providing L1/L2 technical assistance where required.
  • Technical Collaboration
  • Work closely with network engineers to ensure tasks are delivered in line with design and standards, reviewing network diagrams, change plans, and implementation schedules.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, preparing project status reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is mandatory.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in networking or IT project coordination, with basic understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols, and switch configurations.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Project Management:
  • Exposure to project management methodologies like Agile/Waterfall, familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills include ITIL Foundation certification, hands-on experience assisting in network cutovers or migrations, and experience working in multi-vendor/global environments.
